What is the definition of channeling?
I am sure that every channel has their own definition. This is mine, according to my own personal experience.
Channeling is the act of receiving and interpreting spiritual information, the act of flowing universal intelligence. In my case, it usually happens while I am writing. But, any time my mind is quiet is an opportunity for my Guides (The Silent Voices That Speak as One), to reach me. During this process, a spiritually intelligent voice comes through me that is much different than my own. Truths are expressed through an energy I am able to feel, and somehow, I am able to turn this energy into words. The voice is silent. The words come effortlessly. Sometimes they rhyme. Sometimes they "sound" like something out of a text book. But, no matter what form they assume, they always express the truth. I think of myself as Spirit's secretary. My Guides whisper truths to me while I take dictation.
I don't have to do anything special to prepare myself for this experience. I have channeled truths while gardening, taking a shower, mopping the kitchen floor and folding laundry. For the most part, I channeled my book while sitting in a very old brown recliner that squeaked whenever I raised the foot rest.
In other words, as long as my mind is quiet, channeling can happen any time, anywhere.
